De plus, contrairement aux pr\u00e9occupations populaires, le soja n&rsquo;a pas d&rsquo;effets \u0153strog\u00e9niques n\u00e9gatifs sur l&rsquo;humain.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<p data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1989\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">En d\u00e9pit des recommandations de l&rsquo;ANSES, qui d\u00e9conseillent l&rsquo;usage du soja pour les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es ayant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de cancer du sein, les \u00e9tudes scientifiques r\u00e9centes remettent en question ces recommandations. L&rsquo;article sugg\u00e8re que le soja pr\u00e9sente des alternatives saines aux produits laitiers et carn\u00e9s, qui contiennent des \u0153strog\u00e8nes naturels et des acides gras trans, des facteurs de risque pour le cancer du sein.
